Since its establishment in 1984, Neighborhood Development Corporation of Grove Hall has adhered to a mission that has never wavered. NDCGH is committed to improving the quality of life for residents and businesses of Grove Hall, North Dorchester, and Roxbury by enhancing the economic, social, and environmental conditions. To achieve these objectives:

• We enlist individuals, public agencies, and private organizations to solve neighborhood problems
• We engage in community economic development projects to eliminate blight, attract new investments and residents, and build stability
• We inform, train, educate, and provide resources to neighborhood residents and businesses, giving the capabilities to control their futures

We collaborate with other organizations and institutions in using available skills and resources in the community and city to meet significant needs, and future requirements to foster community growth and development.
